Pet Policy

Grant Mill allows two pets maximum per apartment and up to 60 pounds for dogs as a weight limit. There are monthly fees for cats and dogs to reside on site. Breed restrictions apply as well. 

Unacceptable breeds of dogs include, but are not limited to:

Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, Mastiff breeds, Cane Corso, Pit Bulls (American Stafford Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs), Rottweilers, Wolf hybrids, or any mix of breeds listed above.
